Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that items are:
Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
With all original tags attached
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We allow one return or exchange per item.
- Sale items and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at vibeyisland@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
